Position Available: Me to We Customer Service Officer

Me to We in China is seeking a Customer service officer to support our business
development team in appealing clients to join Me to We projects and optimising
customer retention. With an engaging personality and excellent written and oral
communication skills, the Customer service officer works to build relationships with
schools and corporate clients while ensuring costumer satisfaction.
The position is based out of Me to We’s office (Jing an District) in Shanghai. If you are

position is for you.
Principal Responsibilities:
• Responsible for participation registration in Me to We projects.
• Proceed to contact follow-ups, by phone and e-mail, with potential trip participants,
schools and corporate clients in order to finalize sales.
• Prepare registration and admission procedure.
• Set efficient system to organize participant’s information and communicate efficiently
with facilitation team.
• Assist participants in their trip preparation, by providing them with further information
such as insurance and medical needs.
• Elaborate efficient follow-up plan with participants and clients in order to ensure quality
control and customer satisfaction, engaging them in living and spreading Me to We
values in their daily lives.
Requirements:
An articulate, self-motivated team player with proven past success in building client
relationships, as well as strong will to share knowledge and make a positive influence,
you possess the following skills and attributes:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, in both Chinese and English, with
the ability to communicate the information in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner at
all levels.
• Very organized and reliable individual with a powerful work ethic, both as a team
member, but also as a self-starter.
• Friendly and outgoing with the ability to engage clients.
• Good knowledge of Chinese culture and environment.
• High degree of flexibility; open to working evenings and weekends as needed.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with a proven ability to succeed with minimal
supervision.
• Great attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Belief in Me to We values and lifestyle.
