1. Desk Side Service(Tianjin) <br>
·         Strong, demonstrated experience and knowledge working with
Windows XP/7, workstation/laptop hardware repair, IP networking, Tier 3
level troubleshooting in fast-paced mission critical environments<br>
<br>
·         Experience with large-scale desktop rapid deployments, software rollouts and upgrades<br>
<br>
·         Demonstrated experience troubleshooting MS Office including Outlook, OWA, Blackberries, and wireless technologies<br>
<br>
·         Must have thorough understanding of Windows domain structure,
Active Directory, Ghost, Terminal Services, remote control support, NTFS
and file level permissions.<br>
<br>
·         LINUX/UNIX troubleshooting skills. <br>
<br>
·         Basic knowledge of MAC OS.<br>
<br>
·         Thorough understanding of VPN.<br>
<br>
·         Imaging/Re-imaging of workstations and laptops. <br>
<br>
·         Exceptional customer service and communication skills to convey competence and concern to end users<br>
<br>
·         Ability to effectively multitask and to perform with a sense of urgency for rapid issue resolution<br>
<br>
·         Effective troubleshooting and problem solving skills<br>
<br>
·         Performs installation, configuration, and upgrade of computer hardware and software<br>
<br>
·         Documents processes and monitors systems<br>
<br>
·         Applies advanced diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend and implement solutions<br>

·         Follow up with clients to ensure client satisfaction<br>

2.Desktop service (Tianjin)<br>
Should have 1-2yrs of Desk side support experience on a similar position like we need.<br>

·   Familiar with tasks like imaging/installations/Conference room setup<br>

·   Experience in Vendor coordination/Inventory Management<br>

·   Win7/XP/MAC OS<br>
<br>
·   Remote Desktop Tools – Connected/Dame ware/Remote Assistance etc.<br>

·   ITIL tools – Remedy/Service Now<br>
<br>
·   Certifications preferred – A+, MCP, MCSE<br>
<br>
·   Exposure to Blackberry/iPhone support<br>
<br>
·   Hands on experience on troubleshooting Desktop/Laptop/Printers
