<DIV>Position: Creative Director 创意总监 Company: A Leading Live Communications Agency Reporting to: Managing Director, Beijing Markets: Mainland, China      Roles and Descriptions   Uniplan Beijing has a current design department of 9 headcounts, encompassing 2-D, 3-D for events and exhibitions, and CAD. Management responsibilities for the department are handled by the Creative Director who has overall responsibility for creative output.      JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:      Pitching/Sales   Take briefs from clients alongside account service team   Develop creative strategies and concepts for pitches   Make pitch presentations to clients in English, Mandarin or German a plus.   Responsible to build creative reputation of Uniplan and to create pitch-winning presentations      Project Development   Understand clients brands and communicate them effectively   Direct the creative work of 2-D and 3-D designers for pitches and ongoing work   Develop concepts for clients and manage design changes throughout the process      Onsite Support   Be on site for key projects to ensure that the creative vision is fully and accurately executed   Team Player   Work closely with variety of team members, especially account servicing and operations as well as general management to ensure smooth flow of information, creative concepts are on brief, client expectations are exceeded!         JOB QUALIFICATIONS -MUST HAVES:      ?    8-10 years with event background and understanding of 2-D, 3-D. ?    Experience in branding and brand communication   ?    Experience in exhibition and retail design a plus   ?    Knowledge of common software: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, 3-D Studio Max, CAD, etc   ?    Language: English mandatory, Mandarin a definite plus   ?    Good presentation skills   ?    Good commercial sense   ?    Teamwork oriented, easy to work with   ?    Ability to guide, train and develop junior staff </DIV>
