Responsibilities (Include but not limited):
- Develop and maintain HRIS system,fulfillthe need soforganization development and improving the effective
ness and Data accuracy.
- Implement process of monthly payroll and social insurance to ensure timely and accurately delivery.
- Generate all kinds of HR reports, both internal and external required.
- Ensure all compensation & benefit programs are in compliance with Chinese Law and Regulation
- Works closely with the client to communicate Compensation and Benefits issues
- Assisttoper form the year endbonus,compensation surveyand themeritincrease program,and ensure timely
delivery of bonus/merit payments.
- Discipline Management
- Personnel File administration
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, with major in finance or science is preferred
- Min.3 years experience in Human Resources.
- Familiar with HRIS, platinum preferred.
- Strong database and PC skill
- Professional knowledge of compensation concepts and mathematical techniques, familiar with local HR policy
and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skill
- Customer Oriented
- Mature,independent and proactive, careful and confidential
- Computer literacy and Good communication skill in both English and Chinese.
