<DIV>岗位职责
<DIV class=details>1) Overall responsible for the day to day management of project(s) including planning, execution, supervision, and customer satisfaction.<BR>总体负责每天的项目管理，包括计划、执行、监督和客户满意度。<BR>2) Work closely with sales, operation director(s) and technical advisors to (1) define project scope and workflow, (2) identify appropriate team resources, and (3) prepare project Gantt chart and key deliverables schedule. <BR>工作上与销售、运营总监和技术顾问紧密合作：（1）规定项目范围和工作流程；（2）确认适当的团队资源配置；（3）准备项目甘特图和关键的交付时间表。<BR>3) Lead project kickoff meeting, instruct the team in terms of “who”, “what”, “by when” in order to ensure that project deliverables meet quality review and client deliverable deadlines.<BR>领导项目初始会议，指导团队依据“哪个人”，“是什么”，“在什么时间”来确保项目产出符合质量评审标准和客户交付的截止期限。<BR>4) Manage project cost and delivery risk; define cost control breakdown and system for cost reporting & analysis.<BR>管理项目费用和交付风险；为费用的报告和分析确认费用控制故障和系统<BR>5) Own customer relationship for operations team – facilitate conference calls with clients to discuss project progress, respond to customer questions and other customer interfacing requirements. Regularly and timely reporting to company management team in order to inform and/or to look for advising / support Prepare regular and ad hoc project status reports for senior management.<BR>方便与客户进行电话会议来讨论项目进程，回答顾客的问题和其他顾客对接的要求。规律的、及时的向公司管理团队报告，为高级管理确保并且/或者劝告建议/支持准备定期的和特别的项目状态报告<BR>6) Manage a multi-functional team(s), allocate work reasonably, inspire and motivate team members.<BR>管理一个多功能的团队，合理的分派任务，鼓舞并激励团队成员<BR>7) Complete ad hoc special projects for senior management as needed.<BR>根据需要为高级管理完成特别的项目<BR></DIV>

<P>任职资格的具体描述：</P>1) 8+ years’ oil & gas industry working experience including 3+ year’s experiences in management both project management and people management.<BR>八年以上的石油天然气公司的工作经验，包括三年以上的项目管理和人力管理方面的经验。<BR>2) Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering; PMP degree is preferred.<BR>工程方面本科及以上学历；项目管理师学位优先。<BR>3) Demand high standards and hold people accountable for performance.<BR>实施过程中要求高标准并且保证团队成员有责任心<BR>4) Lead, encourage, inspire and support teams to develop confidence and capability to realize their potential.<BR>领导，鼓励，激励并且支持团队成员来开发信心和能力，来实现他们的潜力。<BR>5) Key attributes - Attention to detail; quality, people and results oriented; and astute business acumen.<BR>关键特性 – 注意细节；以质量、人和结果为中心；精明的商业头脑<BR>6) Good interpersonal and communication skills in Chinese and English.<BR>在中英文方面具有良好的人际交往和交流技巧。<BR></DIV>
