Communication Head(企业文化发展经理)
Job description:
1.Maintain, develop and use the internal communication platforms (e.g.
Intranet, All Hands Meet, email) to deliver effective and accurate information
from company's perspective
2. Act as internal consultant to provide advice in creating and refining key
employee messages, presentations, and develop materials that supports
management communication to internal audience.
3. Create and manage effective platform to collect employee feedback for senior
leadership, e.g. employee dialogue, GM mailbox.
4. Collaborate with Corporate and Region Communications function to align the
internal communications strategies/messages, and to support corporate
communication related programs, e.g. CEO chat.
5. Cascade and drive corporate initiative launches at site level such as
employee satisfaction survey, High Performance Behavior Model roll-out.
6. Write, edit and consolidate articles and publish in Infineon eMag to improve
site exposure via various media.
7. Develop other communications channel, including face-to-face, print, e-mail,
and other channels that are to be explored
8. Lead site idea management program including setting yearly target and tracking
the report of each department; Provide regular update to regional and corporate
functions.
9. Promote corporate image by supporting businesses' marketing programs,
corporate social responsibility or other branding activities.
10. Lead Employee Activity Committee and organize varieties of events like
Family Day, Parties, Sport events etc, to help to improve employee engagement.
11. Coordinate and host VIP vist and workshops at management level.
Job Requirement:
1.University degree in Communications or Business related with fluent English
skill.
2.5 years and above
3.Understanding of company strategy and objectives; being passionate and
creative.
4.Self-motivated.
5.Ablility to learn.
6.Good verbal/written skill in both English and Chinese.
7.Problem sloving and anlytical skills.
8.Strong leadership and communication skill.
