KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Ø Master degree or equivalent in a relevant experience.
Ø Previous Banking/Finance industry experience preferable
Ø Previous experience at a senior administrative assistant level (Min 5 years)
Ø Ability to identify the importance of issues and projects and to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Ø Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a highly challenging environment
Ø Self-starter with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
Ø Exceptionally strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ø Excellent follow-up and problem solving skills.
Ø Ability to make intuitive decisions and prioritize work.
Ø Superior interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills, in both English and Chinese.
Ø Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ø Professional, positive, polished and discreet.
Ø Demonstrate discretion and confidentiality
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ø Proactively and responsively managing CEO’s schedule to ensure time is prioritized and optimized;
Ø Draft out and distribute internal Memo & important correspondence;
Ø Assisting CEO on biz handling by attending biz review meeting and follow-up take-away;
Ø CEO and Worldwide Executive China trip itinerary & overall PM;
Ø Assisting in coordinating speech appointments, customer meetings, partner meetings, government affairs, media interview and other external meetings;
Ø Managing domestic and internal business and personal travel plans;
Ø Proactively planning and coordinating BMO China conferences and events with internal departments and external parties.
Ø Prioritize and filter routine matters to related parties and ensure a timely flow of information;
Ø Integrating with Worldwide administrative teams to keep a cross-functional EA network;
Ø Research issues, compile data, make decision with demonstrated leadership and strong capability;
Ø Confidential documentation translation;
Ø Frequent communicate with Worldwide senior executives and external customers & partners;
Ø Periodically maintain BMO China Head Office organization chart, contact information and photo database;
Ø Responsible for China BMO Executive Program which aims at building close contact with customer and partner executive office.
