Position Description: 1、Plan and publish quarterly product transition roadmaps to GEO & regional product team. 2、Work closely with GEO & regional product team,align the product portfolio,volume mix & gross margin target. with targeted markets and go to market initiatives. 3、Understand local market demand and business situation,customize and localize our product strategy. 4、Work with regional produc t& sales team,nail down big deal with key BPs(LFR etc.) to drive sales. 5、Tracks performance against target within the quarter and monitors product availability and potential liability. 6、Takes actions to reduce gaps in supply or demand and reduce excess inventory.
Position Requirements: 1、5+ years working experience in PC product management, project management and/or program management. 2、5+ years international channel sales experience in regions,used to managed business gross margin,pricing etc. 3、Strong business english reading & writing, product presentation skills. 4、Working knowledge of industry and channel practices, market and competitive analysis, financial modeling practices, and familiarity with product cost analysis. 5、Strong computer skills with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint programs.

Position Description: Responsibility: This individual is responsible for all aspects of product marketing for a given product or product segment. Responsibilities include creation of a comprehensive marketing requirements document, volume planning, Geo interaction and negotiation, market message creation, product positioning, pricing, competitive analysis, launch planning and execution for a global market. 1. Own a product/ product segment from inception to EOL; includes business case development; gathering market requirements; lunch planning and execution; 2. Analysis of market trends customer segments and requirements, and competitive landscape to establish product positioning, pricing and delivery strategies. 3. Responsible for market message creation, sales tools and assist in Geography marketing and promotional programs. 4. This position requires the individual to be a part of an Offerings Development Team and work efficiently and effectively with Development, Procurement, Operations, Manufacturing and Finance team members to deliver a leadership offering on-time. Interactions will also take place with Vendors and Customers as required. A significant amount of time will be spent educating the Geography Marketing and Sales teams on the offering, competitive position and pricing. This individual should possess negotiation, strong written and oral communications skills, be a creative thinker and have the ability to present to Senior Management.

The individual will be responsible for solving problems related to technology limitations, uncertain competitive landscapes, the ability to deliver on marketing requirements, timeline and/or budget constraints. 3. The individual should use their analytical skills, creative thinking and ability to draw on past business experience to provide creative, thoughtful solutions to these issues. 4. Strong business English reading & writing, product presentation skills. 5. Working knowledge of industry, market and competitive analysis, financial modeling practices, and familiarity with product cost analysis. 6. Strong computer skills with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint programs. 7. Working experience in US/Europe is highly preferred. |
