VP/Sr. Dir. of Business Development and Government Relationship
Responsibility:
l Participate to business plan and proposes with the key action plans that are to be organized to reach the ambition. This includes potential new growth avenue both in term of new business and of new business models.
l Develop and implement business strategy and plan together with CEO.
l Full involve in projects related to business partnerships and to manage the projects to the final closing of partnership deals.
l Projects leaders for exploring new growth opportunities to reach business growth ambition and/or to drive business operation excellence by the deployment of strategic initiatives.
l Lead on the business segment development and channel development in long team strategy.
l Solution competency development and high-end development。
l Have rich resources in related government.
Qualifications Required Abilities
l Good education background
l 10 years working experience in MNC in the area of marking, BD and strategy
l 3-5 years of pervious leadership and management responsibility Proven track record in strategy & business development
l Strategic thinking
l Good business sense
l Strong problem-solving skills (critical thinking, creativity, innovation)
l Strong analytics and financial modeling skills, including creation of models
l Multitasking capabilities
l Strong communication skill
l Leading potential and ability to cooperate
l Excellent verbal & written communications and presentation skills
