· Evaluate market opportunities with respect to fit for Master Flo applications.
· Present recommendations and strategies on how to penetrate existing and new markets.
· Establish effective credibility and rapport with key agents and customer contacts.
· Seek to influence a positive position for Master Flo products during project specification stage.
· Effectively troubleshoot customer issues, and rectify concerns in a pro-active manner.
· Monitor bid and proposal activity. Provide assistance with the preparation, presentation, and negotiation of quotations as required.
· Ensure that Company interests, proprietary and confidential information, and property is protected to the fullest extent.
· Maintain a high level of technical understanding of Master Flo product lines. Develop and deliver technical presentations.
· Complete regular and detailed sales reports and submit as directed or required.
· Minute and action any issues with respect customer concerns/ complaints, scope change, etc.
· Maintain detailed contact database.
· Coordinate and represent Master Flo at industry gatherings as required.
· Identify potential new Agents as required.
· Liaise and support Agents in order to ensure the optimization of Agent efforts and success on behalf of Master Flo.
· Ensure all interaction and communication with Agents represents legitimate and ethical business activities. |
