一． 英语教师
1． 基本要求：
1.1 英语专业本科，TEM-8或同等资质雅思成绩≧7分，单科≧6.5 ；托福IBT成绩≧95分，）有英语国家的留学经历；
1.2 擅长IELTS、IBT TOEFL、SAT、SSAT、GMAT、GRE等课程中一个或几个模块；
1.3 两年以上英语教学经验；
1.4 针对学生情况，提供个性化的兴趣激发和学习辅导；
1.5 较强的团队协作意识，能在较大压力下有技巧地达成工作目标；
2. 薪酬待遇：
2.1 我们提供具有竞争力的薪水；根据业绩考核,及时兑现!但我们的要求标准和考核制度也是相当严格，开始会有1-3个月的试用期，如果表现优异可以提前转正；如果表现不能满足公司快速发展的要求，立即解除合同；
2.2 公司还提供法定五险、补充保险、带薪休假、通讯补贴、交通补贴等福利。
二．留学咨询师
1. 基本要求：
1.1 本科以上学历；英语口语及书面表达流利；
1.2 美国、加拿大、英国、澳大利亚、新西兰、新加坡、日本、德国、法国、意大利、芬兰或者荷兰等国家学习或工作2年以上；
1.3 阅历丰富，条理清晰，有心理学及职业规划经验者优先；
1.4 熟练使用各类常用办公软件；
1.5 良好的人际交往能力，热情主动，沟通能力强；
1.6 留学、教育相关行业3年以上工作经验，或不少于30个成功案例者优先考虑。
2. 薪酬待遇：
2.1 我们提供较同行业高出20%的薪水，具有竞争力的底薪+业绩提成+福利+保险；但我们的要求标准和考核制度也是相当严格，开始会有1-3个月的试用期，如果表现优异可以提前转正；如果表现不能满足公司快速发展的要求，协商调岗或解除；
