Associate Design Director
· Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related area
· Excellent communication skills, fluent in Chinese and English
· Minimum 8 years of retail design experience preferably in the Asia region
· Strong technical knowledge with ability to trouble-shoot production issues and manage various parties involved from design through to production issues
· High proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D StudioMax
· Proven track record in creative idea generation and development
· Ability to think strategically with knowledge of marketing principles
· Exceptional presentation, organizational and management skills
Senior Designer
· Qualification: Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related area.
· Minimum 5 years experience in a retail design company or similar.
· Must have a strong creative folio with international & local client experience.
· Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
· To have a solid understanding of materials and construction processes and details.
· To have the ability to undertake brand audits, survey project sites, review competitors,
study consumer profiles, behaviours and mindsets.
· Must be prepared to travel when required.
· To have the ability to brief and manage 3rd party consultants & contractors.
· Excellent sketching and technical drawing abilities.
· Experience software skills; AutoCAD, 3D StudioMax and Adobe Creative Suite.
· To manage personal and project schedules on time and on budget.
