1.Assist to implement human resource work including HR polices and procedures, recruitment,
performance management, organizational development and employee relations and provide
guidance on performing all human resources and administration work in a professional manner;
2. Assist on negotiation with national personnel agencies on matters related to the administration of national personnel;
3.Assist in recruiting staff, providing assistance in the process, handle all necessary documentation for staff resignation or dismissal to ensure compliance with PRC labor laws and policies; prepare all required written correspondence including any contact with the personnel service companies; conduct orientation to newly come employees and arrange the office space allocation for them;
4. Coordinate medical services with Clinics, make annual renewals of the registration and keep tracking of any replacement and new registration for expatriates, provide and update staff information to the Clinics, provide assistance and guidance to the employees on medical issues;
5.Coordinate educational services with School, make annual renewals of the registration and keep tracking of any replacement and new registration for expatriate dependents, provide and update staff information to the schools provide assistance and guidance to the employees on school issues;
6.Assist in communicating all human resources and administrative policies to employees responding to question from personnel concerning any labor issue;
7.Development and maintain HR company policies
and procedures;
8.Be responsible for the establishment and update HR database, including personnel contract and any other correspondence relevant to the personnel employees with employees service agencies and local authorities; prepare and maintain reports analysis and personal files on manpower, including reporting for expatriate employees salaries, benefits, overtime, sick time, vacation and timesheet;
9.Obtain and maintain all necessary Visas, Work Permits, Health Certificates, etc., for all expatriate personnel and their dependents;
10. Assist in managing all matter concerning security, dealing with local police and security bureau and other relevant authorities;
11. Prepare material and service request for consumable materials and supplies, company assets and general services;
12.Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the HR Supervisor and Management.
