1、 协助CEO进行战略规划以及品牌经营计划的拟定；
2、 年度品牌经营计划的跟踪执行，公司整体推广计划的拟定及执行；
3、 公司产品方案设计策划、线上和线下推广、公关、活动等方面的具体方向和实施方案；
4、 进行市场调研与分析，研究同行、业界发展状况，定期进行市场预测及情报分析，为公司决策提供依据；
5、 制定公司整体公关策略及危机公关的应对处理；
6、 建立完善市场部工作流程以及制度规范；
7、 管理市场团队，并对团队成员和相关部门进行市场培训和指导。
任职要求
1、本科以上学历水平，8年以上相关工作经验，3年团队管理经验。
2、熟悉网络，熟悉淘宝或电子商务运营规则和推广模式，了解行业现状，具备良好的理解力和沟通能力。
3、了解互联网和B2C广告营销行业，了解SEO、门户广告、博客、CPA、CPS、CPC等网络营销方式。
4、外贸行业经验者优先
 
产品总监
薪资：15-20K
工作职责：

1、参与公司产品战略与产品发展目标的制定；
2、制定、开展和推动产品团队各项管理制度、规范、工作流程和业务标准的执行；
3、监督跟进各线产品的策划、设计、定义、开发的质量控制以及产品的最终上市；
4、负责公司产品线的管理与产品生命周期的管理，产品销售分析，目标市场评估；
5、组织产品与运营模式的内外部调研分析，为决策提供核心依据；
6、产品部门的团队建设、人员管理、业绩管理。
岗位要求:
1、在国外生活或工作过，并能用中文沟通者；
2、对国外畅销产品，销售规律等有学习经验者优先；
补充：产品总监需对IT技术有一定了解，能跟技术人员沟通，招聘方老总为纯种老外，CEO为美籍华人，此电商主要为服装、鞋子、化妆品、手袋、珠宝、配饰等快消类奢侈品外贸类型的B2B交易平台。
Duty of job:
1 participate in setting the goals of product strategy and Product development.
2 set,develop and promote the performance of all management system, specification, workflow and business standard.
3.supervise and follow-up all the procedures of the products, ncluding planning,design。
definite,development of the quality control and go publick eventually.
4.In charge of the management of the company product line and product life cycle, sales analysis by product, target market evaluation.
5. organize the Internal and external research analysis of the product and operations model, provide the core basis for decision-making.
6. Team building, personnel management and performance management of the Product Department.
Position requirements:
1. have the foreign living or working experience, and be able to communicate in Chinese.
2. having learning experience in the products sells well abroad, sales law and so on has priority.
