2、制定、开展和推动产品团队各项管理制度、规范、工作流程和业务标准的执行;
3、监督跟进各线产品的策划、设计、定义、开发的质量控制以及产品的最终上市;
4、负责公司产品线的管理与产品生命周期的管理,产品销售分析,目标市场评估;
5、组织产品与运营模式的内外部调研分析,为决策提供核心依据;
6、产品部门的团队建设、人员管理、业绩管理。
岗位要求:
1、在国外生活或工作过,并能用中文沟通者;
2、对国外畅销产品,销售规律等有学习经验者优先;
补充:产品总监需对IT技术有一定了解,能跟技术人员沟通,招聘方老总为纯种老外,CEO为美籍华人,此电商主要为服装、鞋子、化妆品、手袋、珠宝、配饰等快消类奢侈品外贸类型的B2B交易平台。
