-To implement and complete technical training course operations in SY according to the annual training calendar and individual needs.

- Engaged in training course development together with the vendors;

-Organize and deliver all experience programs and projects;

-Manage and maintain well all training resources (such as training facilities, trainer pool management and training venues);

-Training expenses payment and budget monitoring ( SY cost center and department training);

-Training agreement management in SY

-To deliver training courses as internal trainer

Qualifications:

-University degree / graduated in engineering

-Excellent in German
