岗位职责
1. Develop sales plan and budget for the areas assigned. Develop long term plan for WFT business for the oilfields / account assigned and maintain required growth.
2. Pay periodical visit to customers to enhance and maintain good relations. Provide solutions to clients using WFT technology and resources.
3. Liaise with internal customers / suppliers in areas of pricing, stocks and delivery etc.
4. Work with inside sales engineers to prepare, follow up and execute quotation / tenders and contracts.
5. Attend Periodic technical training to enhance product and services knowledge. Actively participate and joint company organized marketing events. Collect, maintain and update information on market trends, requirement and competitive products and services to facilitate development of sales strategies and plans.
6. Develop and execute training plans for subordinates. 7. Prepare and submit monthly revenue forecast report to management. Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

任职资格的具体描述:
1. University degree as a minimum
2. Good communication of English Language, if the candidate has Mandarin skillset that will be a bonus
3. Will probably prefer a Western Expat
4. Has more than 15 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, of which more than 10 years in BD related roles.
5. Has work with Major IOC such as Shell, Chevron, Exxon and ConocoPhiliips 6. Has account management experience with these major IOC before.

- 职位年薪:60-100万
- 薪资构成:底薪 + 提成
