The Role

The Service Specialist is responsible for enabling students to successfully reach their learning objective.按照EF学习系统，通过电话或面对面沟通，跟进学生学习效果和进度，帮助学员达成学习目标。

Also, the Service Specialist is responsible for contributing to sales targets as a result of the educational success and satisfaction of the students.负责课程到期学员的课程推荐和延续工作

Key requirements

Bachelor degree or above, overseas background is a plus 本科以上学历，海归背景优先考虑。

Excellent English communication skill, TEM-8 is preferred
出色的英语表达和书写能力，优先考虑专八
1 year work experience，education industry background is a plus.  一年以上工作经验，教学或培训工作相关经验优先考虑
Strong customer services experience is preferred; 良好的服务意识
