Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible to promote the institution in China, building the right image and branding in the market.
2. Develop and manage agency, Chinese high schools, colleges and Universities network by maintaining good relationship with existing ones and also explore new partnerships.
3. Develop and manage academic, research or other partnership with universities or governments.
4. Conduct training properly with agents and other partners to help them understand the institution’s programs.
5. Attend Marketing events and fairs to promote institution, support agents and partner institutions on marketing campaigns.
6. Assist with programs that institution need implement in China.
7. Build and manage alumni network.
8. Provide assistance and guidance to prospect students and their parents.
9. Other daily activities that Executive Director assigned.
Qualifications
l Bachelor degree or above, majoring in management or marketing background, 3 years or above working experience in managing market channels/ projects/ or marketing.
l Have an ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin Chinese and is skilled in both written and oral communication skills demonstrated on a daily basis.
l Strong marketing or project development ability.
l Keen market insight and analysis ability with strong business negotiation ability.
l Passion to develop in project management and business development aspects.
l Prefer expat return from New Zealand and/or in education industry.
