1. Receive and process customer requests via telephone, email, chat or web. 2. Acknowledge and appropriately greet and assist every customer in a timely, efficient and professional manner. 3. Route misdirected calls to appropriate person or area. 4. Generate customer Service Requests in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software tool, capturing relevant customer information for effective service delivery. 5. Dispatch and communicate urgent requests for service to Tier 1 Providers. 6. Trace status of Service Requests through CRM software tool and provide information requested to the customer. 7. Attend to customer complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolution. 8. Contact customers to ascertain additional information needed to process request for service. 9. Performs other related duties as required.
