Duties andAreas of Responsibilities

Manage the retailers and partners, serve key account ;constantly trackand review their performances and drive them toward establishing distributionnetwork, developing the business and achieving the regional targets;
·
Develop business opportunities at the regional level and set salesstrategies to realize the sales potential;
·
Crossfunctional work with marketing team on setting sales plan ,promotion plan andother marketing programs ; work with operation team to make forecast/planningand with financial and other teams to achieve whole company target;
·
Train, coach and develop the regional sales force to strengthen andretain a motivated sales team;
·
Travel withsalesmen to visit customers if needed, assist in the sales effort andunderstand the changing competitive environment;
·
Implement effective sales management ;Planand allocate resources to optimize cost effectiveness of operation and maximizeefficiency;
·
Responsible for regional office management.(for RSM out of Shanghai)
