岗位职责:Recruitment Ensure and follow up quality recruitmnet process in all stores.Support and organize mass recruitment by using appropriate assessment tools.Analyze future needs and act on it. Training Ensure and follow up a quality training process for new and existing employees. Development Ensure and follow up a quality development process for all employees in the area.Monitor succession plan and initiate actions togather with area and store manager in order to ensure it. Employee relations Act as 'NEUTRAL'escalation point for staff complaints and support store management together with Area manager to prevent and resolve those.Monitor and initiate action concerning staff rotation and sickness.Support and promote our values and employer branding initiatives.
