要求：英文 计算机 或法律专业，硕士，1年以上工作经验，本科3-4年工作经验。英文流利（工作语言，外籍同事较多） 熟练操作MS office，excel 精通。 同时在熟悉工作后续能逐渐承担以下工作内容：
Join Microsoft’s most challenging LCA AP team, work to protect our company’s intellectual property.  As the Piracy Analyst, you will be based in Beijing and responsible for:

• Assist in managing escalation of piracy leads / complaints from OGA, WGA, BGs, partners, CRMS, hotline, Customer Support Services etc and progresses
• reparing evidences, documents and reports i.e. POAs, TM, copyright registrations, certification of product authenticity and prices, business and supply chain processes, statement of complaints to facilitate investigative and enforcement work of outsourced vendors and law enforcement authorities
• Monitoring the Internet for piracy and counterfeit sites (auction, offer for sales, download etc) on various ISPs in China to identify trends, development and compliance, and assisting in devise an anti-online piracy/counterfeit strategy
• Providing update Take Down criteria and assisting in compiling training material and conducting trainings on piracy and counterfeit including online piracy and related product identification for vendors and law enforcement agencies
• Analyzing case information and conducting data-entry into and data retrieval from intelligence tools and database i.e. CRMS and PSIG, and
• Assisting in preparing monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly metrics etc.
• Logistic assist and administration and support to LCA AP team and manager
You should have the following Qualification and Experience:

 Bachelor degree+, preferably graduated from law school or majored in computer or English
 3year related working experience
 Fluent Mandarin and English, both in written and spoken
 A team player who is able to work with a diversified group of anti-piracy / anti-counterfeit professionals and to interact with Microsoft’s China and Worldwide AP teams, Digital Crime Unit, business teams, Regional and local team PID and Analyst members, as well as outsourced law firms and investigators
 Good interpersonal, communicative, analytical and computer skills and has the ability to pay attention to details,
 Able to work independently, under pressure and with flexibility
