1. Management and oversight of the regional sales managers and specialist sales team day-to-day work.
2. Develop regional development plans and action programs, supervision and guide the implementation.
3. Cooperate with AP segment managers for segment development plans and specific programs of action, supervision and guide the implementation.
4. Direct management of key accounts
5. Specify area sales target and personal sales targets and allocation
6. Allocation of sales resources
Requirements:
1. University of Science and Engineering undergraduate degree, MBA preferred
2. More than three years’ experience of industrial sales team management, team members more than 10 people. (Preferably in business similar to ours, i.e. B2B, spare parts)
