Description
Global Network Service Engineer is responsible for the following activities:
• Working with assigned Customer Support Request; Participate in trials and customer demonstrations(Domestic & Oversea) with advanced technology.
• Participate in live network and customer demonstrations from technical point of view all over the word.
• Technical interface towards customer,sales, product line and/or R&D.
• Knowledge sharing with team.
• Plan and co-ordinate activities with internal/external customers.
• Provide technical support for Ericsson products;Support Project Managers as technical subject matter expert.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering or Computer Science - Essential
Business Competence:
- Demonstrate high level of interest in the telecommunication industry - Essential
Human Competence:
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) - Essential
- Demonstrated leadership and team work abilities - Essential
- Able to work in high pressure and dynamic environment - Essential
- Willing to travel on short notice - Essential
