Job Description:
1. Two years Tailor-made training program both nationally and internationally with mentor to supervise progress.

2. The training program includes but is not limited to:

1) Completely master the guidelines of Bosch and Bosch Rexroth
全面掌握博世及博世力士乐的工作方针
2) How to obtain market and customer information, increase Bosch Rexroth market share
如何准确获取市场和客户的信息，以提升公司产品在市场的份额
3) How to provide pre sales and after sales service to customers
如何为客户提供售前和售后服务
4) How to communicate China customer requirements to the technical departments in Headquarter.
如何作为中国用户与德国技术总部之间的桥梁，进行技术沟通
Job Requirements:
1. Master degree in technical field.
拥有技术专业的硕士学历
2. Speak and write fluent English (additional language skills are plus, preferable German).
英语口语流利，书面表达能力强。掌握其他语言者（德语为佳）会优先考虑
3. Have 2-3 years of working experience in mobile application field
在液压应用领域拥有两到三年左右的工作经验
4. Have strong communication skills and leadership potential.
有较强的沟通能力和领导潜能
5. Open-minded and a good team player.
思维开放活跃，并有良好的团队合作精神
6. Mobile (nationally and internationally).
在工作地点上（国内和国外）具有灵活性
7. Preferably to have experience in international environment during study, internship or working.
如具备海外留学、实习或工作的经历更佳
