徐燕

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Math, Computer Science, Statistics or related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in a business environment

Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
Strong communication skills
Large healthcare/medical data warehouse and model building experience a must
Proficient in SQL, SAS, Microsoft Access and Excel
Experience in statistical data mining and reporting
Knowledge of health insurance (namely Medical and Prescription Drug) a plus
Project Management experience/skills a plus
Actuary knowledge/experience a plus
Previous consulting experience a plus
Ability to manage timelines and meet tight deadlines
Ability to demonstrate Service, Innovation, Diversity, Empowerment, Integrity and Passion
