During the project implementation period:
ü Providing functional input to the project
ü Filling external outsoucing company questionnaires
ü Attending to the outsoucing company workshops
ü Validate completeness and correctness of BluePrint for his/her scope
ü Collecting input from designated sites (coordinate site contacts)
ü Ensuring quality and completeness of the data and businness requirements
ü Develop test scenarios
ü Handle testing and parallel run activities
ü Ensure Go Life activities
ü Company reporting responsiblity
After project goes life:
ü Key contactor between internal HR and external supplier.
ü On-line support for responsible site HRs;
ü Analize & reformulate site request;
ü Govenment & company new rules related, new plants, and make proper proposal for system upgrading or correction;
ü New function of test & implementation.
ü Monitor, support and maintain site operation issue;
ü Be resposible for site payroll auditing and correction action;
ü Company reporting responsiblity
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have/be:
ü Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or finance backgroud;
ü At least 3 years of solid payroll execution experience in MNC; payroll shared service experience is preferable;
ü Familiar with HR Information and Payroll rules & systems, as well as MS office;
ü Customer oriented mind set;
ü High job commitment and results oriented;
ü Strong written and oral communications skills;
ü Minimun bi-lingual (English required).
