Job Description:
Commerciality Maximise vitality and commerciality of IKEA FOOD in your store to increase sales and profitability according to your goals. Ensure an effective implementation and presentation of the IKEA FOOD range matrix. Implement your action plan utilising the appropriate national and international benchmarking tools and best-practice; for example merchandising techniques, sales KPIs, sales steering, 3 Aces & 1 king and price & quality ladder. Leadership HR & Communication Ensure that all co-workers in the IKEA FOOD commercial team understand the IKEA Concept and how this impacts on their specific role Business Navigation Develop, agree with the IKEA FOOD Manager and communicate to your team an annual action plan for IKEA FOOD commercial areas to execute the IKEA FOOD country and Function business plan. Monitor and evaluate the success of this plan in order to influence future plans.
Requires:
University degree in hotel, restaurant, tourism or business administration and proven leadership abilities, from successful experience of retail management or, from experience being a multi-unit food service manager.
ALTERNATIVELY Extensive and advanced successful commercial or retail management experience and successful experience being a multi-unit food service manager with proven leadership abilities with strong experience managing managers as well as management competence. Ability to speak and understand verbal and written English at Business level. Ability to read and analyse KPI's.
