招聘职位:运营副总裁 岗位职责: 1、Drive accountability and performance for Aikosolar’soperation, specifically bridging between sourcing/purchasingand strategic selling. 为公司运营制定业绩考核标准、明晰责权,有效衔接采购和战略销售活动。 2、Ensure leadership capability and internal processes are inplace to effectively manage Aikosolar’s vertical integrationstrategy. 拥有较强的领导力,优化内部管理流程,发挥公司纵向整合战略优势。 3、Lead, develop and build a strong leadership team capable ofmanaging the rapid expansion of businessnationally and beyond. 领导、培养并组建一支强大的管理团队,有效管理在海内外迅速壮大的公司。 4、Key responsibilities would have 70% of sales function, and30% supply chain management function. 主要的职责包括70%的销售,30%的供应链管理的职能。 Reports To 上级 CEO 首席执行官

Qualifications& Experience 资格与经验 The candidate must demonstrate track record of success intaking a business through rapid growth. Ideally, he or she willhave experience in growing a business from a young smallscale, entrepreneurial, operation-based business to a large,more process-based, mature business. He or she must becapable of managing a complex business and a largeheadcount. 候选人必须拥有带领企业快速成长的成功经验。若他/她曾有带领一家小型、以生产为基础的企业,成长为大型、系统化、成熟企业的经验,则最为理想。他/她必须有能力管理企业综合业务并领导众多员工。 • The candidate must demonstrate leadership experiences in managing cross-functional teams, and the flexibility to build relationships with people at all levels internally and externally. 候选人必须拥有管理跨职能团队的领导经验,善于和公司内外各类人士建立关系。 • The candidate must be hands-on, and able to respond to afast-growing solar energy industry and respond with the rightCompany, Position & Person profile GUANGDONG AIKO SOLAR ENERGY TECHNOLOGY 9 strategic direction. 候选人必须务实,能够应对快速发展的太阳能产业并找到正确的战略方向。 • Strong operations executive.Must be familiar with bestpractices, such as lean manufacturing.
