OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
1. 负责带领自动化团队开发各种自动化工具、软件来提升BPO流程的效率、质量等；
2. 负责软件项目开发的管理，包括计划制定、监控项目实施进度、监控软件研发质量等，确保项目生命周期、产品质量达到客户及公司要求；
3. 积极协调项目资源，反馈并解决项目实施过程中障碍，及组织项目验收相关工作；
4. 定期组织项目评估会议，进行有效风险管理；
5. 作为客户与内部沟通的桥梁，确定项目范围，包括产品功能、质量要求、交货日、及成本估计等；并定期会报客户项目情况，及进一步发现客户需求，反馈需求给研发团队；
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Understanding of technical architecture within a given technical domain. For example: .NET, VBA.
2. Project management experience.
3. Knowledge of software quality processes.
4. Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
5. 5+ years relevant working experience with 2+ years project management experience.
6. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
7. Experience leading a team or group of 5+ members.
Working Conditions
· Moderate travel depending on project involvement
