职位1Finance Manger:
Job Title: Specialist, Licensing, Contracts & Compliance (LCC) Program
Reports to: Senior Manager (LCC)

Department: Asia Pacific Operations Center Finance
Location: Beijing, LSH
Scope of work:
Assist senior manager to follow up on license compliance audits, drive compliance efforts and contribute to strengthening of governance framework in Greater China Region.
Responsibilities:
Assist senior manager to execute licensing & compliance (LCC) audits for Greater China region including:
ü Assist LCC Senior Manager to develop audit plans for customer compliance audits.
ü Support LCC Senior Management to select audit nominations, ensure customer satisfaction is not compromised in the execution of the program and follow up the settlement process.
ü Assist LCC senior manager to manage audit process through planning, contracting vendors (audit firms), and communication with all stakeholders.
ü Manage internal reporting on weekly and monthly basis on the expected ongoing audits, audit fees and accruals basis.
The right candidate would be someone with the following qualifications & skills:
· A minimum of 5-7 years of related work experience in a dynamic, face-paced MNC or Public Accounting Firm
· A Bachelor’s Degree is required. Experience in audit work and knowledge in software license are preferred
· Strong communication & negotiation & presentation skills required to drive business discussion, often with executives.
· Team player with excellent people skills
· Possess strong project management skills and execution ability.
· Possess strong accounting and internal controls knowledge.
职位2 Accounting Supervisor:
Major Responsibilities:
This role’s key responsibility is to support setup of MS China accounting book by branch level to meet local statutory requirement.
Key Tasks:
- Support manager to set up manual process for branch reporting in due course
- Support manager to set up systematic process for branch reporting in due course
- Coordinate with related stakeholders for information collection, requirement documentation and issues find-out
- Necessary feasibility analysis upon the data collected and the candidate’s solid accounting and statutory knowledge
- Documentation/information preparation and filing
- Other ad hoc tasks
Role background Requirement:
- Accounting or /Economics related university degree
- Solid accounting and statutory knowledge, with similar experience is preferred
- Multi-national company experience 5+ years is preferred
- Fluent English writing and reading/speaking

• Business Rhythms (mainly focusing on Windows & MOD, also cover M&O)
• Maintain rhythm of weekly/monthly business reviews – reports, follow up, results tracking
• Weekly/Monthly rhythm of forecast reviews and forecast formulation
• Monthly reporting deck
• Ad hoc reports and analysis
• Assist with CLO Management
• CLO management including actual, forecast, reporting etc
• Assist with Scorecard Management including planning, reporting analysis etc.
• Assist with budgeting and mid-year review
• BG Forecast template managed and generation.
• Special projects
• Assist with modeling work around China Strategy
• Controls & compliance
• Assist with C&C projects if needed.
Job requirements:
1. Prefer oversea experiences or education.
2. Prefer prior Microsoft experiences.
3. Prefer someone with FP&A and variance analysis experience or strongly interested or at least being exposed to FP&A.
4. Must be very strong in Excel, very good at pivot tables, this is a must.
5. Should possess good English skills: be excellent in written English (email), be good at oral English.
6. Pervious job must be held at least 1.5 years, someone with strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
