Job Title: HRIS Analyst

Reporting to HRIS Manager
Location: Beijing
Key Responsibilities:
- Data and tool expert for HR to support normal operations
- Guarantee data accuracy in HR data system
Key Tasks:
- Create HR monthly template/standard report and deliver reports to respective stakeholders
- Provide ad-hoc/analysis report for daily operations or during special events, such as budgeting, People Review, Mid Year Review, etc
- Update Company Org-chart, Responsible for HR Cost Center owners updating in HeadTrax system regularly.
- Manage company email groups and update group members monthly
- Provide employee income certification and support staffing team to get reference check information from HeadTrax system
- Audit and correct data in HRIS system
Qualifications Required:
- 1+ years HR transaction and/or administrative experience. BA/BS degree in related field is preferred.
- Be able to work effectively under pressure and within short time constraints. Ability to manage multi-task in a good time management manner.
- The ability to work independently to achieve results. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail are required. The ability to maintain confidentiality is required.
- Excellent English with both oral and writing
- Excellent Excel skill is a plus
